With machine room
It is the elevator installed with the machine room in the upper projection of the shaft, being today a perfect solution for new installations in high-rise buildings and suitable for replacing existing elevators.
With a machine with a 2-speed reducer at 1/0.25 m/s, it can also be equipped with a VVVF Variable Frequency Drive.
- With GEARLESS machine and VVVF Variable Frequency Drive from 1.00 m/s to 3.00 m/s.
- Automatic Rescue System as standard

No machine room
It is an elevator with unsurpassed levels of reliability, comfort, safety and commitment to the environment, as it has a GEARLESS machine without gears and with sealed bearings that do not require lubrication.
In addition to being controlled in starting and braking by means of variable frequency converters, it is highly efficient and functional, making it the ideal elevator for residential, commercial, socio-sanitary buildings, airports, offices and hotels. It allows architects more freedom in design since it does not require a machine room.
To all this we must add the savings for builders by having lower costs in the construction and installation of the elevator.
The available manufacturing lines are the following:
- Of 300, 450 and 600 Kg., with speed from 1.00 m/s to 3.00 m/s, in three-phase voltage 380 V.
- Of 300, 450 and 600 Kg., with a speed of 1.00 m/s, in 220 V single-phase voltage.
- From 750 to 2,000 Kg., with a speed of 1.00 m/s to 1.60 m/s, in three-phase voltage 380 V.
- Optional on all models, “Recatamatic” automatic rescue system.
